Video of the Day?

How is it chosen other then when salomon posts a new freeski T.V or something like that. How is the edits or clips from newschoolers chosen? Also an example, lets say someone uploads a video on march 17th can it become the video of the day on the 18th? Sounds stupid, but I don't really know.

the highest-rated new video gets it. i think there's like a 2 week period maybe?

i dont think this is how its picked, there are vids that are just posted that get on there.

So does it get picked by one of the NS staff or something? It can't be done just by the amount of ratings?
