Video graphics help

hi

i'm looking for a certain graphic to use in a documentary i'm making. you know when you introduce a name and info about them, there is usually an animated, colorful little title bar. where can I get these for free online? are they included in like after affects or premiere?

you could make your own. otherwise i don't really know where you can get some for free.

i know what its called. its a title bar. i just can't find one online anywhere. any other suggestions?

try motion or livetype if you want those ones that scream template and presets or get creative and make one
