if ur shooting with ur ipad, download avid's media composer app for ipad. its $5 and ur videos will look soooo pro

Depends what computer you're using and if your somewhat familiar! Like adobe premier would be good as well as Sony Vegas pro but if you're new to editing it may be hard! (if you're on a pc) Otherwise a Mac should get final cut IMO.
