Video Critique-Wake/Snow (Baker 2 Bow)

A video I made about a month ago for a friends event called Baker 2 Bow. We would go ski Mt Baker in the morning then go finish off the day with some wakeboarding at Bow lake. I filmed all day and was done with the edit late that night so i didn't get much time to mess with the colors all that much but let me know what you think.

Critique away!
 
don't have anything to critique because I'm new to all this editing stuff but the actually event is pretty sick, might have to do that next year where I live
 
What I liked:-You guys are reppin day1!

-Fixed land shots of people wakeboarding/skiing on the water. Super dope.

-Pow shots

What I think could be improved:

The main thing here for me would be quality and color. I think that considering making an upgrade in cameras would be something to ponder just to improve your audiences experience. Also, investing just a bit in a color grading software would do you so well. Its a relatively inexpensive way of drastically improving your product.

Not trying to be a dick just giving you what I think! k+ man. Overall super dope edit.
 
Thanks man. This is definitely the kind of stuff i wanna hear. i totally agree though, i spent no time with any of the colors and that resulted in some stuff being blown out and the colors were just not that interesting.
 
that was sick! iv always talked about doing something like, but sadly i like in mass haha

on the edit

the snow shots seemed solid, color wise and i liked the angles

on some of the shots idk if it was my computer, i dont think it was haha, but the quality seemed to be different and not as good, im not sure what that was, the color seemed pretty good on everything else and the pans and everything seemed smooth!
