Video Camera Question

I hope this isnt a repeat but i did searchbar and frankly searching for stuff on this site sucks.But what would be the Highest Quality VideoCamera for a budget around 600-700 bucks? It will be for making ski edits and such and would like it to be pretty easy to hold while on the hill. All help would be much appreciated (+karma)

yeah hv30 will give you the best quality footage without going into full hd (1080p) which is expensive, the hv30 is 1080i with 30fps so it does well.
