Victoria Ski Premiers?

I was going to make a thread just like this, but you beat me :(

I've organized so far: (Just Dates so far, more details to come)

Travis Rice's-Oct. 24 @ Plan B (underage up at UVic)

MSP-Nov.4th @ Cinecenta (All ages) with After Party at the campus pub.

Rage Films-Nov.19th @ Lucky bar (not sure about underage showing yet)

Theory-3 and Poorboyz are TBA. I haven't figured out a date yet, but mid november.

Voleurz- We were going to do it on Oct. 15 but some other premiers are on that day, so...Trying to figure that one out right now but TBA

Others:

Threesixty Boardshop is putting on an all ages showing of three snowboard premiers - Oct. 15th @ the Victoria event center-broad st. Doors at 7:30. $5 in advance else $8 at the door. After party at Lucky.

The Fine Line - Oct. 22 @ The Roxy with After party at Lucky.

Thats all I know about right now..

Also, for any Victorians, in March I am planning a big railjam with Redbull, so ya know its gonna be dope. I'm also hoping to get the boardshops around town involved. Keep posted.

 
Just out of curiosity,

Can we get and "I" from anyone in the Victoria area, or even the island for that matter?

It would be nice to get an idea of who on NS might show up at some of these premiers. Also, it will assist in those of future local events such as premiers etc.

I'm running the Rage premier at Lucky Bar on November 19th. All proceeds are going to the UVic Snow Club to help subsidize the costs of ski trips for students. Come out, its going to be a sick snow. Tons of prizes, drinks etc...

I'm at Uvic now, I would have been at some of the snow club meetings but apparently there were some problems with my e-mail so I wasn't informed haha..

Anyways, I'm on the island and pumped for the build up to December.

Oct. 22 - The Fine Line (All Ages)

Oct. 24 - That's It That's All (19+)

Nov.6 (Correct date) - MSP "Claim" (All ages)

Nov.7 - Theory-3 Media "Journal" and Poorboyz "Reasons" (All ages)

Nov.19 - Rage Films "Such is Life" (19+)

 
Theory-3 and PoorBoyz are premiering Journal and Reasons

Friday, Nov 7th at Whitebird Lounge, 768 Yates st.

All ages show, so bring your Grandma. Alcohol will be served to those old enough to handle it.

There will be great Food and Drink specials on all night, so come hungry!

Tickets are $10 which includes both movies. They will be availiable at the door, or in advance from uvicsnow@uvic.ca or just message me. Get em' before they are sold out!
