I got a GoPro Helmet Hero HD for my birthday today :DD so I went out to my friends tramp and shot some stuff. I also got adobe premiere 8, so I got to editing. After about two hours, this is what I came up with. Keep in mind, I have never even touched any sort of editing software, let alone a video camera. So let me know what you think. All tips will be very, very appreciated and will result in the plusage of karma. Thanks a ton NS.

(It's still being processed on youtube, and thats why the quality is pretty bad).

pretty dope actually. my only problem with it was ALL the slomo, just use the key more selectively or less effected (85% instead of say 50%)

it was enjoyable overall, keep it up.

why is there plastic on your stairs?

and pretty sick considering its your first edit,

it was pretty good. id say the intro was a little long, and have less pov and more of the shots like at the end. and jump off that railing and do doubles! haha

intro was a bit long yea ottherwise pretty sweet. i thought you would 180 of your porch near the start ahah

i like your grass, what kind of lawnmower do you use? :)

oh, and as mentioned earlier, don't use that much slow-mo, and consider using it only for real baller parts/tricks
and really focus on holding the cam as steady as possible!
and just keep filming, keep editing and everytime you'll learn something new!
also don't be afraid to try new things in your edits, look on the internet how to do some effects with your editing program and give it a go!
Good luck !
and for your tramp skills, i'm no expert, but i felt as if you initiated your spins/flips too early, you started coiling up your body too soon....but i'm no expert :)

awesome! thanks for the feedback everyone! this really helps a ton. i will try the roof stall next time, and i apologize for the lack of dubs haha.

Haha I think its kinda refreshing to watch a tramp edit w/o dubs every now and then, not every kid out there can do them. But roof/deck definitely needs to get more involved.

Take out the pauses in the video when the screen just goes black. The ending was also kind of blunt. You could get a nice closing shot of your friends walking away or back inside.
