Vanguard Tracker a good Tripod

I ask because there is one up on the clymb, and I don't have a tripod yet and it would be free with my credits.

I was told to get a Ravelli AVT pro or a second hand 90's Manfrotto, but is this an suitable alternative?

For shooting photos and video
