Heard about this on the radio at work today and actually remembered to watch it when I got home. Now I'll share it with you. The title tells you what you need to know.

the camera very slowly turns i suppose.

miss that city. needed more time lapse of freighters doing loops at the anchor axis in english bay as the tide goes in/out.

miss that shit.

I've always wondered that, I guess they move it in small increments every 10 seconds or something

but is it on a machine? i doubt anybody has the patience to consistantly turn in by hand for a few hours

amen. i live in english bay, some of the most amazing views ever. miss it errday, can't wait to go home.

i don't know. it would be on a tripod, but if someone moved it every certain amount of minutes in a stop motion kind of way the motion wouldn't be as fluid i don't think.

Oh and I must say, the part from 1:56 to 2:00 is amazing - I was trying to figure out how they managed to loop the camera around in the air, before realizing that Cambie Bridge actually curves like that over Pacific/Expo Blvd.

Epic video.
