Just like breck last weekend, all u mo-fo's should come to Vail this weekend. Word has it there is a log jam with a pretty sick log. I will be there representing the skier side of things and it would be great to have some other skiers there too. Also we are planning on filming in Vail's park.

The park is looking good for spring, halfpipe is nice and soft, and the jumps are big (i know josh, breck's jumps are way bigger, dont rub it in). The rail park is doing well also. We will be mostly doing laps with the camera, so not much hiking, maybe some small sessions on the rails, but the lap time is so fast, it's perfect for running all day long.

post a reply if you can come. If you need a lift ticket, i may be able to work somthing out for ya.

i was planning on going sunday. there is a sweet hit under the cliffs under the lift next to mid-vail. and i want to demo some scratches too...count on me being there, most likely

Jamin and I may be coming up. It depends how I do in the rail comp friday. If brecks set up is too good, we will probably stay there. What day is this happening, saturday or sunday?

i dont know all the info, but apparantly RedBull is hosting a big air on saturday, which is $50 to get in, then the Log Jam is $20 to get in, and i think the log jam is on sunday. I'll check the details and get back to ya.

Ok, there will be a big air, but not sponsored by Red Bull. There is a Log jam as well, but i believe it is on Look-Ma, so not even close to the park. The Big Air i would assume is at the base of the mountain for more spectators.

Hopefully i can get more info on this contest. We will all be in the park on saturday for sure, so drop by and posse up. We skiers usually always posse up into a big group and session. It's sick.

Here is the info on this weekend. Big Air is going to be a natural jump on Look Ma. This is a mogul run, but the cats are going to make it smooth for an inrun and landing. The run is very steep, so this jump could potentially be massive!

The log jam will happen in the morning, and be on some handcrafted logs. One is a C, the other a rollercoaster (plans may change). Both rails have been planed so they are smooth for skiers to actually hit the logs!

Here is the catch, it is $50 for big air, and $20 for log jam. Expensive, but it is $1000 for first in skier, and $1000 for snowboarder. The top skier and top snowboarder will face off for an extra $500!

Pre-Registration only at Ski Base in Vail. You can call them at 970-476-5799 if you cant get there before saturday.

should be a good contest, come represent skiers in the log jam!

look ma!!! what the hell? when u say log jam i am assuming u mean grinding the logs the have up by the park...how the hell are you gonna do this on a steep mogul run?

oh, sorry, my bad. I jsut noticed the log jam isnt on Look Ma, that big air should be sick!

it all happened on Look Ma and it was sick. The big air was a mogul jump and was gay but the log jam was sick. A dragon tail style rainbow then you skied down to the cut off rainbow. It was sick. NOMICS in the house.
