Vail parks

Hey does anyone know anything about Vail terrain parks, or just the resort in general? Such as good trails, pow stash areas, or anything cool (or not cool). I'm heading up there later this month. I'm looking forward to skiing some deep snow

If it snowed recently east vail is dope.... but you need gear and to know where your going and what your doing. West vail trees are good too but you kind of need to know where your going because you don't want to end up in fucked gully. Have you ever skied vail before? Are you bringing your own skis? Are you old enough to drink? These are all key factors to your deep skiing at vail experience.

The parks are pretty sick. Golden peak is an easy lap. Pipe is always on point. Generally just run a 2 jump line but the jumps are built well and some solid rail options above and below.

Like i said though, quick lap so a blast.

Honestly I generally rode beaver creek for trees and pow days. Vail has great terrain but a lot more people hounding for it. I wasn't a local enough to know the best spot that don't get hit.

But park is generally on point.

To suggest east vail chutes to anyone who has no idea where they're going out there is retarded

Didn't I say you need to know what your doing and where your going. If dude brings avy gear and knows how to ski cliffs and chutes perhaps someone would show him around. I was in no means suggesting to go out there by yourself for the first time because im pretty sure that would end bad.

I mean if you're an average dude without avy gear the back bowls are always fun. Every time I'm out there I try to ski some low angle pow on that little hike up after Outer Mongolia bowl. Can't miss it after the last T-Bar.

Blue sky basin is sweet too.

-Never skied Vail before, but I've been researching it a lot

-Planning on bringing my own skis

-I'm old enough to drink a Dr. Pepper

Yeah I just wanna build a little pow jump to sesh with my friends. Do you think that'd be possible

Was just out at Vail last weekend for the US open and Golden peak was honestly the best it has ever been. Super wavy, lots of options for finding tranny, and overall a great time. As far as back bowls at this time prolly will be slushy and not the best unless it snows. It was 52 degrees on Saturday and looks to be hot for the rest of the week. If anything it'll get hotter. I know there already is a jump some kids built in Tea cup bowl on the run right off the catwalk heading to blue sky. It's hard to explain in words but if you can find it you'll love it. Nice jump, lovers leap is the shit on warm days. You'll have a fun time anywhere you go in the back bowls, enjoy!

Vail Parks are pretty underrated. Lots of fun rail options and any time I skied it it was basically empty. Really quick lift ride up too
