Vacation prices.

I'd like to shout out to the former Yugoslav republics for being awesome places to visit with incredible value.

Seriously, if you're looking for somewhere to travel with latin american prices but European safety and English proficiency, give Bosnia or Montenegro a try. Slovenia and Croatia are a little more expensive (but still cheaper than the US) but are extra nice and their shit is a little more together. I'd skip Serbia for you first trip out there though.

If you can spare the travel time, give these places a try. Skip New York and SF, go to central/southeastern europe and have a better vacation for less money.

"Park City, Utah, in second, where travelers can expect to pay $93.75 for daily meals"

Sounds like they're calculating one eating breakfast and lunch at the resort, then dinner at a fancy restaurant on main st every night lol these kind of articles are pure fluff.

Oh for sure. They mention luxury type food often. Though let’s be real. Majority of the crowds going to aspen and park city are hunting out pricey accommodations and food

Oh yeah for sure, I feel like this kind of list would actually entice some rich people to brag how much they spend on a trip.

Park City is reachable via uber from a major airport with direct flights. Understandable why its popular year round.

It just sucks there are too many poser locals that ski in Utah and they clog up the resorts for visitors that actually support the economy and create jobs. I've had nothing but good experiences though.

I'm not sure in what kind of "fancy restaurants on main Street" you're into but at $94/day with a fancy dinner you might have enough left over for a coffee at the resort? If you're not into fast food that shit adds up pretty fast, it's tricky to eat cheap these days.

Can of beans, White rice, Bannanas, Tuna. Booyah, 8 bucks and your set for a couple days

I found Banff to be a pretty reasonable trip cost wise. One bedroom condo with full kitchen, balcony and hot tub access in Canmore was less than $600 usd for the week, skiing averaged less than $100 usd per day. Going out for food was not bad compared to the states. Added a Flames game for $25. So much cheaper than a comparable trip in the states.

its per person, so they prob spend 40 at the resort and 50 each at main street. of course there are fancier, but the average price of a meal (no booze) on main is like 30-50 at most places.

Having a kitchen is clutch. That saves so much money. I always try to book a place with at least a kitchen. My last place in beaver creek had a grill on the balcony. Couldn’t beat that.

The grill is clutch. Whipped up some steaks on the last trip.
