Utah Ski and Snowboarding League

Get your team of three together this season will soon kick off with the christmas open. One team of three skiers or snowboarders must make a run through various all mountain, park, and/or backcountry features. Overall points determine the winner of a match, there are three matches to a game, and two out of three match wins results in victory. Points are rewarded for maneuvers landed in the boundry of the designated run. All three riders must take the run together as a team, the clock begins to run as soon as any rider crosses the starting line and stops when the last rider crosses the terminal boundry. The teams' run time is then subtracted from the time limit; which is determined by run length and conditons. Points are awarded for the difference in run time to time limit. Two ways to score points.

These rules are easy to manipulate so they may be done at any resort without registration and hype. I plan to have a state tournament, 4 team semi finals, and a state championship in early march or whenever there is a boss storm if it comes down to a backcountry venue.

Hit me up with what you think. I am hoping there will be a park up by Dec. 21, the "first" day of winter. If we can get a few teams to square off in a season opener we will be on our way.

So i guess i wll start this off. . . Hidden Lake Bombers gonna show you how its done! Any team in utah any resort in utah. Bitches aint shit! We ALWAYS play 110% maybe all you PC bitches will get you head out of your assholes and show up instead pussy shittin around on one run. Its ON!

it can happen at any resort with any run that is sick enough- park or not. i ski powder mountain, its not open yet fuck my life, and some friends and i plan to hold matches on several runs across the mountain.

as in not official, yea. so far there are two teams, none of us extraordinary skiers, all of us are at powder mountain. we will post shit around the resort, you can come play us once the season gets rolling.

check out the run Exterminator and Sidewinder on powder mountains timberline lift. We plan to have our all mountain/racing matches on those runs. It doesnt take much organization, you just show up and ski.

By the way you are talking I have a feeling that you are the kid at Powder Mountain that drives the Land Rover (or was it a land cruiser) that thinks he is really awesome.

fool i drive an old ford ranger and i live in plain city. I'm not here to prove shit, i dont have to make a statement. I just want to ski all over the mountain against people all over the mountain. Just trying to think of ways to have fun on the hill. . . i thought thats what it was all about.
