What's all about some guy at Offtrail premier was telling me about it then a buncha people showed up and the conversation ended. anyone know what this is all about?

The Utah freeskier society is basically like the university of utahs ski club

they are pretty good they get you a cheap pass at snowbird and $100 off of surface skis for being a member

 
How much does it cost to be a member? What kind of stuff do I have to do to maintain a membership?
