Uses for 189 vishnus?

I keep seeing 189 wets for sale and I’m curious about alternatives to skiing them! No person on earth would ever buy those long ass noodles things to ski so I’m just curious if anyone has any other uses for them. Thanks !

Can confirm, am 6'3 185 and I use my 183 wides more than my 189 wides,

Got a pair of Daymaker adapters for the 189s tho, gonna go get swallowed up in an avalanche.

Im 5´10 skied the wet 189 at white face more stable on high speed all mtn stuff but still playfull buttery like wet suppose to be

my buddy (that have those 189) who’s 6ft+ needs them tho it’s the right size for him for sure

If you’re over 6 foot you should be skiing them.

any inferiors that are under 6 foot should find a way to get taller

I skied with Chris Bechtold and he skis on 189s, he's around 6'1-6'2

Might even be taller, Chris is a unit. For a certain level of riding or a certain weight/height combo 189s are mint

This may seem like a wild concept but hear me out: you can mount bindings on them and go skiing with them. Kinda crazy, right?

He specifically asked for alternate uses, so i don't think he wants to ski the cardboard

I ski the 189 wide pluses all mtn and they're super fun. They don't charge or bust through stuff, but swing weight is super low for shiftys and spins

honestly i could get away with 189. got the 183 but they measure to 180, which is a tad bit short for my liking. if the 189 is about 187 they would be very skiable for me.

also gotta keep them tall brothers happy
