i hate people that say this. with the same effort it takes to reply to the post and tell them to use the search bar you can just reply and make it easy on everyone. it just makes you sound like a hater, the other person seem stupid, and involves extra steps for everyone. chill.

Oh and guess wwhat? there have been posts oon this before. you should have used the search bar before you posted.
 
like i said, save your breath and give your opinion instead of just being another echo on the forum. some people are so ignorant.
 
yeah but even on threads that have been done before the forums move so quickly that new people are always giving new opinions. There's so many NS members that different people are always seeing this thread for the first time somewhere.
 
if no one said to use the searchbar, there would be 34826348923 threads on post your set-up, or any question that has been discussed
 
do you even know what a noob is? your throwing that around like throwing the word love around. the only reason people say use the search bar on here is to fit in and ride on the band wagon. if someone posts something just answere their question instead of taking the time to tell them to use the search bar. its common sense.
 
the search bar is terrible like u have to search for the exact name of the thread so if someone made a thread about a topic before and mispelled it or used different spacing u cant find it we nned a good searchbar that actually searches the content of threads
 
NS should change the tread system so when you create the tread you can include key words and put in in a catagory that way when you wanted to look it up later you could... It should also know some how what you are looking for like google does. Damn those mother fuckers are tricky.
 
Take this thread for example ^^

Simply search "searchbar" in the searchbar... and you'll find plenty of other threads discussing it.

If people used the searchbar, they wouldn't create the duplicate threads, and they could get the answer to their question without even posting.

 
i hate to brake it to you. but this site is full of haters. threads like this just get you bitched at and im sorry but 1 person saying stop that isnt going to make much of a difference
 
maybe because the searchbar really should be used...?

i dont think saying 'use the searchbar' is hating, its just trying to make the forums more efficient.
 
if by the ignorant ones you're refering to the people who DON'T use the search bar, then yes, i agree with you. how can you NOT see the huge search bar at the top of the page?

the big problem with multiple threads is when movie trailers are released or everybody wants to build a summer jib in the spring or learn how to do a 360 at the beginning of the season. All the sudden the threads get clogged with the same subject.
 
while you take it as offensive, an assult upon you by some other e-person, think about it. ITS NOT OFFENSIVE TO BE TOLD TO USE THE SEARCH BAR. wed have a thousand useless threads if it werent for that, when topics have been thuroughly discussed beforehand, by members whos knowledge may have since been lost from the ns community. While i agree, it gets nasty sometimes, just think to use the searchbar, they have a valid point.
 
i like his point. just learn to deal with being told to use the searchbar, theres years of stuff on that thing, and if you get what you want there, then you dont need be a nuisance for other people!

people say searchbar only when someone is so ignorant as to not make the effort to search thier topic with integrity. so on this topic, you should not have made a thread and used the searchbar and bumped the shit with what you think.
 
i know where your coming from, and i do use it when looking up certain things. but i just think its lame of people to tell someone to use the searchbar if its not needed. saying "searchbar" is like someone saying "i dont know" to a simple question. its just an easy way out. the biggest thing im trying to say is that if your going to take the time to move your mouse over the reply button, reach for your jeyboard and reply with searchbar, just reply with whatever the person was asking or whatever information they needed instead of making useless steps for yourself and for the other person. sometimes you cant find all the right answeres on the search bar. and i dont find it offensive. people are just lazy.
