URGENT: What should i get for my birthday?

so my birthday is in about 15 days and my parents are insisting that i ask them for something. i have told them i dont want anything but they insist on getting me something because im turning 18.

Important Info

-18years old

-have all the ski stuff i want

-no electronics are needed

-the only thing i can think that i will need in the near future is a new car. and they probably wont shell out the money for that

there isnt really much of a $ limit but more than like 300 bucks i wouldn't be likely to get.

so NS, is there any cool gagets or things i could ask for? im looking for anything that would be useful next year at school or anything to give them the satisfaction of giving me a gift.

Why don't you donate your money to someone who doesn't have anything?

im getting myself some computer speakers for next year, same age and going away for school. maybe a new hobbie for the summer? long boarding?

Just a thought. Kind of tired of this game people play, there are several pictures of you wearing about $1000 of stuff. We skiers live the high life, even the ones skiing out of a car are well above average on the lifestyle.
 
well they dont give me anything that i have so its all earned by me. all my ski stuff is bought by me, my truck was payed for with only my money, and im an 18 year old kid who has had a high paying job working crazy hours for the past 4 years, i am not giving my money away.

but speakers is a good idea, not really into longboarding or anything like that
 
If possible, ask for cash. Beneficial for two reasons, you don't have to make up your mind on what you want to spend it on by your birthday and you can spend it on alcohol, weed, blow, whatever you get down with. Things your parents won't get you.
 
Then just ask for a quarter oz and a 200 dollar gift card to your local convienence store stocked with your favorite beer.
 
Haha I was joking. Although I'd be ridiculously stoked if my parents gave me a M&M beverage gift card when I was older...

Maybe a DVD collection of all the seasons from one show you like or something?
 
before reading the post, i assumed you were 14, and would have said something along the lines of weed, full tilts, a-bangs, or weed.

BUT

Get a sick computer set up. you can never go wrong with having a fantastic computer
 
the thing is i already have a macbook pro, a trampoline, and no interest in skateboarding.

i honestly would be perfectly fine if i didnt get anything, but i need to get something

instead of getting an object ask for a trip or activity, like someone said sky diving, or skiing trip, vacation or something like that. I would ask them to take you skydiving IMO
