for a 92mm wide ski would 90mm brake look px 12 jib binding work?

Yes. We are talking about 1mm per side here. That's probably less than the manufacturing tolerances of the brakes. The slightest pull on each brake leg will sort it if they don't fit straight on.

should work yes, you might have to bend the brakes the tinyest bit tho, and your local shop should be able to do that for you
