Urban Rail in a Commercial

In an optimum online commercial i saw today, the building it was filmed at is 2 min from my house, and everytime i drive by it, i cant wait for it to snow becasue there r about 5 square down rails. And today in the commercial i noticed it was that same building. The good thing about the building, is that its abandoned

once we get some snow (i live in new jersey) i will post a video, i was totally flabergasted when i watched the commercial while i was eating my turkey club sandwhich at the diner. I was like "holy shit, i know where that is!!" not to mention i was already planning on hitting it before i saw the commerical!
