Urban On Fear

Okay so about 2 weeks ago when I was trying my hill's dfd rail, that I had been doing pretty good on earlier. I went to pop onto the rail and completely forgot to do something and hit both tips on the skirting and flipped over and hit my chest/ribs on the rail and got the wind knocked out of me.

I have yet to hit an urban on down rail or dfd rail no matter how small the urban on is. Tomorrow I really wanna try again since the urban on is supposedly really low but I am still sacred that I will somehow manage to hit my tips.

My question is how do I get over the fear that I am going to hit my tips on the skirting? And how should I correctly pop on? Or should I just step on? And should I try to land down the rail a little instead of close to the top?

Sorry if that was long but help is greatly appreciated since I really wanna get this damn urban on fear over with already.
 
thats always a hard one to reconquer . now you got to start all over again, start whit the basics. slide a little bit of the rails let say the first down and jump out , then start refeeling the kink , then the kink and a little bit of the flat ... etc.
or the other way , which i prefer , drop the hammer and just go for it . fuck everything you think fuck fear fuck the rail fuck this place ... i can make no problem i am the man todayworks 90% of the tiime , the other 10% ...i guess you know what happens...
