Urban in Moscow?

I've never been to Moscow in the winter or even know if they get snow in town down there.

Anywhere to set up pvc tubes and rails on Moscow mountain?
 
i knwo at the high school thers like 6 down urbans all besides each other.. if you got enough people it would be the sickest shot ever.
 
how many nsers go to Uoi? ad do people drive to Schweitzer on a weakly basis? im from sandpoint and might be going to to Uoi next year
 
I used to go there, and yea if your serious about skiing and can get up really early after drinking all night most people go to Schweitzer. hopefully you have people to ski with from sand point because your going to be alone most of the time. most people bailed on me because they thought they would be too hung over.
 
Is there a hill or something on public land that we could build rails or just set tubes or something? Driving 3 hours sounds like hell.
 
Yo me and two homies from WSU snagged some passes to Schweitzer so we'll be going a lot. Also, if anyone knows of some sick urban spots in Moscow, let me know and I'd be down to hit them with you.
