Urban in charlotte Nc?

So the whole city is shut down tomorrow, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, all closed. Is there anyone seriously trying to hit urban down south here if we get the snow expected? Im new to the area and tryna find good spots. Live right in Uptown charlotte. Pleaseeee let a sista know because I'm not trying to waste a day of snow in the city!
 
Good luck, hopefully enough snow sticks to hit some spots. I just left Charlotte to head up to Beech and get some of that rare southern pow

haha damn, no local connections in the CLT I guess. this place is such a playground for urban too. thanks for commenting though, much appreciated. ill be making my way up to App mtn Saturday & sunday tho since they'll get the tail of the storm
 
Woahhhh who are youu?! I'd so hit urban if my shoulder wasn't broken! I live in charlotte but I honestly don't think we will get enough of anything this weekend. Maybe I'll see you at app on Sunday. I'm planning on getting over there to watch the big air comp.

ahhh get better! I know, the snow comin this way isn't a huge deal where im from but apparently its like state of emergency down here lol. ill def be making my way to App sunday tho, I heard about the air comp! glad you commented, I don't know anyone in this area who rides!
 
I used to live in Jacksonville, NC and that place was a shitshow when they got any resemblance of flurries in the forecast. I can't imagine what this is going to like. Every walmart is going to be sold out in the Southeastern US. I would avoid the roads, since these tards can't drive in snow at all haha.

Honestly, can't think of much because I've only lived here for a few months now. But there's probably some rails downtown or something...

Maybe at some of the high schools too?

I think there is a few around hanover high school and uncw. When it snows we should find some.

Just drive to charlotte, we got just enough to move around in for uptown

Lol i would but honestly its not worth driving 3 and a half hours just to ski urban, if I was going long distance I would just go the whole way and head to snowflex in Lynchburg or the park at app mtn

for the record, we did get snow dahn south here and getting hit again tonight with another round - so my offer still stands (maybe ill throw in a case of beer this time)
