Urban drop in.

So to start, I already have a 5 ft drop in, with a rectangle for the base, and a flat section for the drop in with ladder steps to come up with astro turf on them to go down. Sounds good, if you really want reference you can check out my salomon summer edit.

Anyway, I'm trying to turn out into something like Andy Parry's drop in in TC EP 2. For those who haven't seen it, basically its a maybe 10ish ft drop in into a flat platform maybe 3-4 ft off the ground which leads into a urban style rail. I've built the new rail, I was just wondering who's done something like this before, and some tips on how to convert my setup into a summer drop in for a urban style rail. Thanks guys.

well i mean it sounds like you are going to have something along the lines of half of what andy has unless you rebuild your drop in. i mean it doesn't seem to challenging you are just going to want to have the ramp from the tower go into another platform that is raised off the ground then build the kicker out of wood. from there you can decide whether or not you want the rail attached to the plat form or not. I think it would be easier to make the rail separate where you could move it to either side of the take off. I mean his setup does appear somewhat sketchy but it is also quite impressive because they throw down on it. Also you are going to want to make the transition long enough were you can prepare to hit a rail. I think if you just pause the TC EP2 video where he has the drop in and make plans from there you shouldn't have an issue.
