so i shipped a touchscreen headunit that i sold on ebay through a mail store in town. they never offered me insurance and apparently didnt package it well enough so the screen was shattered by the time i arrived. the mail store is refusing to pay because i didnt buy insurance...(which is $1 for every 100 dollars insured... if they think i wouldnt have done that on a $400 dollar head unit theyre nuts) and ups is refusing to help me out because they didnt pack it. anyone have any ideas?
 
looks like you are out of options, unfortunately. lesson learned.... can you just shell out and get a replacement screen?
 
he did... its still going through the claims process. theyre saying they will only give me $99 even though i clearly have the receipts showing $379.00
 
he did what? he shipped it back to you with insurance? Because in abortionators post you were the he.
 
No, he as in you. You could have sent it back with insurance and then when it got there all fucked up get your insurance.

It's only $3 more, and they clearly state in several places that standard shipping is only insured up to $100. I don't see why you can't wrap your head around this, you didn't get boned. You're just either really cheap or really stupid.
 
Fedex and UPS actually just had a merger to become one company. they're calling it Fedup. You get it. like the outdated expression. heh? hmm? yeah.
 
they are going to make a website of TGR newschoolers merger where there will be half the ppl with their voices cracking and the other half will walk around talking about the good old days. We will then combine the words "jong" and "noob" and "troll" ino the into the word "tonob". Everyone will skin up and down the park doing spread eagle 270's onto rails and will wear arcteyx jackets with saga pants. Oh what a world this will be!
