Upper Body on Rails

newer to park skiing here, I'm learning rail grinds and I'm not sure what I should be doing with everything above my hips. I know to keep your hips aligned with the rail to keep a balanced stance as you grind. But what about your upper body? I know head is always looking at the end just not sure about shoulders and upper chest. Any help is appreciated thanks!

I like to have my shoulders nice and square, parallel with the rail. If you start opening our chest up it will throw you off

oh nice thanks man. I'm confused because I see newer rail grinders have slightly open shoulders.

I think you mean perpendicular to the rail.

Op, keep shoulders perpindicular, hips completely in line with the rail, and don't overrotate your upper body or you'll likely slip off. Basically do this

Look to the end of the rail, I always came off early on rails until i started doing this. I sometimes find it helpful to point to the end of the rail with my downhill arm.
