Uploading vids from FCP

So I made a couple edits with the final cut i just got but I dont know how to save them so that i can put them on ns ... if anyone can help I would appreciate it.

do the settings that work best for you i guess. i usually go for the broadband-high setting. just as long as it's under 50 megs it'll work out.

export full quality, uncompressed and then compress in quick time pro.

yeah that's what i do i was just assuming he didn't have it.
