Uploading to Vimeo or Youtube from vegas 10

Ive made a couple of edits this year and I cant seem to upload them to either website. It really bugs me cause i only have this problem with Vegas 10. Ive tried every format On Vegas how do I do it?

youtube works now but vimeo keeps giving me nothing like it says uploading but doesnt do shit
