Uploading pictures

I was just wondering if anyone could tell me how to make my pictures less than 100K so I can upload them

Yeah, if your using photoshop you can go to File> Save for Web.

From here you can adjust the quality (little bar on the right) and as you decrease the quality you'll see the filesize (ex. 150k) decrease. The filesize is in the bottom left corner of the save for web window. Decrease the quality till it's just below 100k and you should be good!
