Uploading an icon

when ever i upload a new icon it always says it replaces the old one but it never does. eventually i mess with for so long i do something right and it changes. What is going on?

i just tried to reset my icon.. that worked. Then i tried to upload the new one and it went back to my old one. Wierd shit is goin on

empty your cache and it will be all good

the ns website lets your computer store the icons on your computer so it doesnt have to download icons every time, but when you change your icon, your computer still uses the old one thats stored on your computer. Click refresh, if that doesnt work, clear your cache

I got problems with uploadin' a icon, even if my picture is smaller than 50x50 pixels it still can't be uploaded. it sucks, so can anybody help me out with this, or atleast got the same problem?

or does my pic really haveto be exactly 50x50 pixels?

gonna bump this. I emptied my cache, cookies, everything. deleted my icon, reploaded...still the same one!

i had trouble with this for a long time too.

all i did was change the format (jpeg to bmp) and it worked.

just switch it from one format to another and see if that does it for you.

here guys... after you upload the new one, it says deleting (your member number).gif or whatever. wait like 2 seconds, then click refresh. as simple as that.

I'm having the same exact problem. I see you have an icon now, so I guess you figured it out. I'm still not clear on what to do.

ya i have the same problem, whenever i try to upload a pic it just loads for a long time, and never really does anything, ive left it on for a couple of hours before...
