Upgrading RAM

Hey guys I am looking at upgrading the RAM in my 2010 17" MBP so I can run Ableton Live and what not more reliably. Is this a good place to buy from http://eshop.macsales.com/shop/memory/Apple_MacBook_MacBook_Pro/Upgrade/DDR3. Any recommendations?

OWC is solid, but if you wanna save 15 bucks you can get this gskill ram

replacing ram isnt really a risky procedure, its like the first/easiest thing to upgrade on a computer
