Upgrade stabalizer or tripod

So I got a little extra cabbage for christmas and I am wondering on what to get. I am wondering if I should up grade to a better tripod head (thinking manfrotto 502) or upgrade to a glidecam hd 2000 (I have a cheap knockoff right now). I mostly film skiing or skating (follow cams, or walking shots involving stablizer) but this winter I have been asked by my schools basketball team to make highlights from the games, which is where a nice fluid video head would come in handy. The stablizer I have now gets the job done, but is till very shaky, even with warp stablizer added in. My tripod right now has great legs but a not so good head, My schools fluid drag tripod head but it is very cheap and the videos I want to make for the team I want to do a good filming job on so I am very confuzzled on what to buy. Any of your guys opinions would be helpful, thanks. Sorry for the typos and lost of words

oh and heres the link to some of the videos i have made with the stablizer i have now https://www.instagram.com/thelocalscollection/

Upgrade to a better tripod! You can use it for a number of different shots and you said you already have a knockoff glidecam. A better tripod sounds like it will add more production value than upgrading a tool you already have. Wait until your glidecam breaks or is really holding you back to upgrade.
