Unpopular Opinion

Saw a thing about Stein Eriksen sending front flips with old school skis and leather boots. Dude was a boss. Stein had to hike for turns and hide from the Nazis. Get on the right side of history.

I can front flip piece of piss on a trampoline and I have generally good air awareness (can lay out nice backies and flat 3s) however I remember trying my first front flip on skis this season and I almost died. Like I got The takeoff so completely wrong I just shut my eyes and hoped for the best, thankfully just made it over my head so I landed on my back. But yeah that sucked. Haven't tried one since hahaha

Steins Run at Deer Valley is lowkey the most hot nasty badass and fast groomer in the state

One season I did a few dozen front flips to figure out if I actually didn't like the way they felt or if I just sucked at them.

My conclusion was that I still hate doing frontflips. If you like them and can make them look good on cool features then more power to you, they can look amazing, but I really just don't enjoy doing that trick.
