Undoing Pack Clasps With Gloves

Okay, so I have a ski pack, and the top across clip clasp has a tiny release, and was wondering if there is a better way to release it without taking my gloves off. I usually ski with it undone, but it's more comfortable and safer with it on, so I was just wondering how you all manage small things with gloves on.

Any good tips? (-K to stupidly sarcastic answers, +K for good)

I would recommend using the stop being so fucking lazy and take your glove off method. It probably works the best and is the easiest.
 
Usually when I'm wearing it, it's super cold outside, plus I have liners on underneath that come off sometimes.

I was just wondering, no need to have a bitchy response. I can tell you, I'm not lazy, I'm practical. If you were "not lazy" you would've given me reasonable help.
