Underflips, WTF are they

I was reading some stuff about skiin and whenever someone says so and so tossed an underflip i'm out in the cold, this is like the only trick i'm not familiar w/ and it's kinda bugging me. Does anyone know what they are/ how to do one?

It's a 90 to-lincoln loop-to 90. You turn 90, drop your shoulder and do a lincoln loop (towards the jump) and after the lincoln do another 90.

a dspin(if you know what that is) and after that just into a back flip, rick wobleski something like that does them

yeah underflips are dope, and aren't really that hard....well I haevnt' tried them on snow, but on the tramp and diving board they're easier than a lotta stuff

That was just so fresh, how you took it out of context like that...Do u have any Titanic Jokes for me?
 
hhahahahaha underflips are not 90-lincoln-90....

they are kinda off axis rotation( like 110 degree) to loop( not really a lincoln cause you are not flipping straight) then you should come off the flip at 180.

Actually Under flips are a 90 to lincoln to 90. your not off axis at all. You are turing a little while finishing the flip but thats it.

Dave and I are going to explain the best way we can ... Ok first you grab a dead chicken and use it as a huck doll. Now that u have your model for the trick what u do is...first watch out for his beek they are sharp. So what u do is make him go upside down, flip a bunch, and start flaping his wings. Watch out for that beek it is sharp. Basiclaly its a 1080 with a reverse nut grab into a double lincoln twisty thing.

Dude that shit is all wrong.... the chicken has to turn quick off the start getting the beak dowqn under the left foot. the 1080 doesn't come to the end..... so yea... the beak goes down to the left, and that starts the shit off... then the wings have to flap a bit... but not too much, cuz that wsill throw you into a rodeo. so yea.... once you start the chicken spinning, you want to get it to lay an egg.... then come out of it... like a back flip, and do a 1080.... and that is how you make an omlet... I mean do an underflip.

Check out Jeff Thomas underflip in the videos section. Looks like 90-lincoln-90 to me. And everyone i ski with thinks thats what they are.

an underflip is almost like a stalled out backflip 180. that's how i see it at least.

I can't take it any more.....

an underflip is like the oposte of a rodeo flip. it is basicly a corked out 180 to corked front flip. it is not completely inverted. it is definitely not a 90 to lincoln to 90. when you go off the jump, you want to throw backwards with your left shoulder, and drop your left arm down. I find that if you grab safety off the start, it works well. your head goes back and to the left... like in a D spin. but when you come to 180, you close your right arm across your body, and tuck into a front flip. you are already sideways, so you end up doing it way off axis. now the hardest part of the trick is to blend the two motions to make them one. it takes some practise. but yea. that is an underflip. corked 180 to corked front flip. lates

ok - Jeff here's what you gotta do - take that dead chicken and beat Dave over the head with it repeatedly (make sure you hit him a few times with the sharp beak you mentioned). than take the now knocked out (and possible dead) Dave, put him in a sumo suit, and ducttape his sorry ass to some skis (or if not possible than a snowboard). send him downhill towards the closest jump in the area (oh, i forgot to tie a really long string to his right arm somehow) and when he get to the jump pull on the string to send him in a flippy-spinny rotation off the jump. (he's gotta have his little blue helmet on for this to work as well). Now THAT is an underflip.

oh, and i've seen happy little puppies turn on eachother... or was that those aliens in alien reserection? they are so similar, i can never tell them apart.
