this engine costs far to much money to be modded to be cheap and fast. Id say early mitsu evo's and dsm's (eclipse, talon, galant)

omg like the Subaru impreza STI!!!!! suuuuch a sick car- lulz

but in all seriousness, the miata. Yes, it's a chick car- but it has sooo much potential that can be had for a low price

is that TE-37's on a fucking fox body hahahahahaha oh man, i mean they are probably rota knock offs but still.

i think those two cars you posted have a requirement of having a mullet to own one.

My neighbor has that exact car in white with a Thule cargo box on top. That thing hauls ASS through the snow.

one of the best rally cars ever made. 2500lb awd 200hp 2.0 turbo. 0-60 in < 6 topped out at 145ish completely stock and could plow through anything

Yeah... never would have guessed it just looking at it. Was driving home last night a mile and a half up a 10% grade road through 8" of snow in Breck in my 4x4 Xterra and he was right on my tail the whole time.

nothing mindblowing, but one of the best/cheapest all around cars out there that doesnt get much recognition. 05 vw passat 4 motion.

i've had it for a little over a year now, got it for 6500 when it had shy of 60k miles on it.
-all wheel drive, mobs in the snow-not crazy fast, but a good mix between having torque and having power-triptonic (stick without the clutch) comes on automatics, just nice to have sometimes-looks extremely classy compared to most standard sedans-ridiculous trunk space-extremely classy interior -pretty solid mpg, around 26 average.

Pontiac Grand Prix GTP

pretty fast for a family sedan for the time (1997-2003)
0-60 6 seconds240 hp
regal2.jpg
Buick Regal GS
same car same specs but its badged as a buick so its even more underrated

Ford Contour SVT

this is so true. I am not sure how under rated they actually are but audi a4's with 3.2 v6 is awesome.

i'm guessing that's not a w8 if you're getting 26mpg then eh? still a sick car, whenever I look up passats they seem to be a great deal

mazda miatas are gay and lame but so much fun to drive. they weigh less than a metric ton, and have the tightest steering ever

its like a street legal go-cart

Saabs are DEFINITELY the most underrated. comfy, fast as fuck, and when you hit the sport button they literally stick to the road.

definitely one of the most reliable trucks ive ever had the pleasure of knowing. my dads t100 got sold with 220k and the dude who bought it was still pushing that thing years later.

One of my older brothers had a nice SS. Thing was a fucking rocket.

It was black and had Welds on it just like that but not as sleek looking. That thing is clean.

I just copped this in Forza 2, so fast and AWD handles so well.
def most underrated car in this thread

What I drive around

won't get you above 100 but will fit all your shit in it for 4 people and get you where you need to go.

Nissan Maximas are a pretty good car that no one really recognizes. I have a 2000 maxima 5 speed its in great shape has 13,000 miles on it still runs and rides great thanks to my dad being a meachanic

I'm guessing you mean 130,000 miles?

Because an 11yr old car with 13k miles on it is nothing. I drive about that every summer.

Corollas. Far from the flashiest, nicest or fastest cars, but they will get you wherever you need to go, and will run forever.
