okay i have created this account as an alias, i will not say who i am because i want to try something out
i want to get your opinions based on what i have layed out for you, not what you already know me for here on NS
so here is my first episode of unbiased opinions
i will start with a story from school last thursday
it may take awhile to read, but i would appreciate it if you would, considering i took the time to write it.
normally im a mellow guy, but if im having a bad day i have a very
short temper.. and of course being 16 makes be somewhat of an idiot in
my decisions
backround of the people involved
me (breaking and entering, resisting arrest, and assault and battery(i had knocked over somebody while running from the police))
kid (is on probation and recently out of juvy for beating the shit out of his mother with a bat)
to set up how this all came about, this kid used to make fun of my
family and shit (which ive had kind of a shitty past) and he used to
make fun of me for being a scene kid (im not anymore) so he is now at
my new school, which sucks because i had hoped i wouldnt have to deal
with kids from my past. alright after gym he was throwing a ball at a
kid and they were messing around. of course i wasnt having a good day,
and when the bell finally rung, i was headed out the door and the kid
threw the ball at his friend and missed and hit me so heres the
dialogue or essentially what was said, i dont know it word for word
and ill be honest with what ive said because im not going to try to
make myself look good, i just want to knwo who is in the wrong
me: what the fuck?! (and whipped the ball back at him)
him: shut the fuck up faggot
(i walk away to avoid conflict, not that i couldnt take him, but because im on probation and cant afford to fuck up)
he throws the ball at me again and i ignore it, so he does it again, at
that point im up some stairs, and i lose it and drop my bag on the
stairs and run down them and as i do grab him and throw him into the
wall (i accidently knocked into a girl in the process)
me: cut the shit you retard
him: hit me faggot
me: im not blowing probation on a piece of white trash like you
him: because youre a pussy
(i then throw him to the ground and walk away saying as i leave "go back to your halfway house")
as i go from the gym to the other end of the school to my locker i did
apologize to the girl i knocked into because i do get that even if im
pissed im not going to be known as somebody that hit a girl, other than
that i didnt say anything to anybody, after i put my bag in my locker
he walks up to me real fast with a couple of his wigger friends (yes
they are all white and truly think they are black) and shoves me, and
his friends start to circle me, and at this point ive had time to
think, and i take it and walk away, he then shoves me from behind and
says that im a pussy and if i want to start something that i should
now. i then go on to tell him that he is the pussy for pushing me from
behind.
him: then ill push you from in front (and he does)
then i throw him to the ground again, and a couple of his friends grab
me and hold me against the lockers and at that point teachers come out
and break it up before any punches are thrown. my English teacher tells
me to walk away and i do. i run into my English teacher later and
explain everything that happened, and asked if i would mind going to
the office with her to talk to an administrator, and i had no problem
with that and so when i do the admin calls the other kid in and he
tells a completely different story (obviously) he says he didn't touch
me at all, which i couldn't help myself from actually laughing at,
considering my English teacher saw him push me.. and after all of the
conversation this is what is the consequence....
nothing, but if anything else happens at all , the person who starts it
is suspended 10 days out of school, and if the other retaliates, they
get the same
who is in the wrong, me? him? both? neither?
if this works out positively, ill make more threads, if not, ill accept failure and no longer use this account
and I am ADD so im sure this story jumps around a bit, and has plenty of run on sentences, and im sorry about that.
