they were just bought out for $220million by a surf company yesterday. within 2 hours of the purchase, 400 employees were laid off. things are not looking good for them.

Lay offs happen right after a major change in power. that's just the way things happen, the new guy wants some input into who is going to work for him, if it means firing some people, then so be it

nah, they are probably gonna keep the same designs comming out next year. so the pivoting heel is gonna go. What happens when u sella company all the copywriting and patents transfer unless specifically stated in the contract so expect the same type of gear.

the biggest change will prolly be the funding that rossi gets wich in turn will enable them to do more stuff

Rossignals not very cool anyway, neither is quicksilver, so they both got the shitty end of the stick, because both companies are shitty, it means the whole stick was shitty so they both got poo on their hands.

Quicksilver probably wont make ski gear. Rossi already does. and look at all the compainies K2 owns. none of their products changed when K2 bought them.

i bet you quick will take rossignol snowboards and make it into quicksliver snowboards becuz they make surf boards already and leave the skis alone, i could see that happening. Also, there will prob be more quick ski stuff they already have snowboarding stuff in new england
