Scams:

First one says sigma 24-70 included, yet is pictured with a 50L.

Second one mentions nothing about the camera itself. Use/wear/problems/etc. Always ask questions like those if buying online, as people who own a 5dII should know the answers as it is a semi-pro body.

If its too good to be true, it most of the time is. These are just stolen goods.

Since its on craigslist its pretty hard to scam people since you meet in person. I bet this shit is stollen.
