Pretty bummed the girls didn’t get their own jam session. I imagine the vibe for them with all the guys throwing down was a little intimidating. Big ups too all competitors though! Finals will be insane
 
A little surprised khai didn’t make the finals? Seemed like he had a good amount of decent hits that should’ve got him in?

All I've seen is this
but goes live in a few hours it said for finals. The few clips I saw on facebook and insta have been legit though.

There’s only 3 of them competing, it’d be like a participation prize and Taylor would win bc she’s leagues above the two other girls.

it’d been cool if more girls showed up and there was a woman’s division.

Word I'm watching something, I think it's qualies but who knows. I didn't realize time was movie when it said "event will start soon" So probably just watch everyone finished watching. Stoked to see.

This doesn’t have to be your opinion, but I have to say Devin Logan (the Olympian) just sliding the pill to down 3 times in a row was pretty weak.

It seems like women's rail skiing is still stuck in a rut where people don't have to throw down so don't. I think all 3 of those girls seemed good enough to get that z. Might have taken a few tries but they aren't bad skiers. Sticking to just the pull down rail mostly was a bummer.

Maybe the course seemed intimidating? Idk. Rails jams have kind of always been about going for it imo. If you've got some specific tricks dialed you're trying to nail them obviously but people will find large rail transfers, disasters, throw a wild trick down something or tackle a feature thats barely getting used.

I was a little disappointed to even see the right side option of that Y in the course preview. I wish it had been mirrored zs ir just make it a z the ine way.

If they had to hit the z i bet at least 1 of them would have gotten it. Still cool to see a couple of clean tricks though.

Idk. Not even being a downer. I just wanna see them throw down to their potential. Womens snowboarding was in a similar rut, now that shit is fire. More interesting to watch then mens many times. And the rail game is equally dirty. I know there are girls crushing rails, putting out instabangers and edits, I just wish these guys woulda sent it.

Ahall didn't deserve that 97.7 on his last trick. Backswap to 4 out is good but considering colby's performance that was way overscored. I'd give it a 91 at best IMO. Also Vishnu's technically got top 5 in the x games

AHall definitely overscored (off early gets a 93? and both his 97's, considering Colby's 2 pretz 4 on that same rail)

Still, fantastic stuff.

Such a fun contest to watch today! Would have loved to see Siver get on that podium (his quali round was absolutely insane) but Alex and Colby were definitely on another level tonight with everyone else competing for 3rd.

I have to agree with this though..huge Ahall fan but he definitely got lucky with that 93.

All jokes aside I’m real happy with the podium. Ahall and Colby are fucking gangsters. Whole crew was unreal, one of the most lit rail jams I’ve ever seen. Stoked to see cal get some good exposure.

Also, that YouTube chat was cringe city. It’s so funny how many people want to see Ahall fail. The people on the chat were like the epitome of the shit bags that are part of our sport. They were probably all 14 year olds but still. So much negativity that has no place with such an awesome event.
