Turning mpegs into MPEG-4

in itunes?u can burn trhem onto a cd then put them back onto ur comp as what ever u want them to be

i need to change the mpegs on my computer into mpeg-4's so i can put them on my ipod video i did it once on this program called convert movie but when i try to do it again it wont change it to the right format

for windoze you can use videora iPod converter.

it could do every thing form dvd or from wmv from anything to ipod
