Tryolia Peak 11 Binding:Good or Bad

that depends, it is a great binding for a lighter, younger rider. but it has a lot of plastic in it. so if you are over 135 and hit jumps 25+ feed long, than do your self a favor and get the 12, worth the extra money!!!

This. I got a pair of these because it was my first season this year. I weigh 145 5'11. They were okay, very durable but I released so often when I shouldn't have. I had to go get them re adjsted and now they are messed up again and release way to easily. I hit 35-55 ft jumps and now most of the time that I land my 5's i lose my ski. Or if theres any slight pressure off centre, theyll pop out. I hopped onto a U shaped box and immediately popped out of both skis for no reason. It's really frustrating. I'm going with either fks 140's or STH 12's or Axial 2's next season.

My buddy just broke his toe piece on his 15 din tyrolias super easily. Too much plastic in the binding for my personal preference, but if you are a light skier who isn't hitting large features then they are fine.

As for the dude above ^ is the forward pressure set accurately? If you are going off 55ft jumps and landing switch you more then likely need a higher din binding, FKS 14 is a great binding choice.

I just do rails and occasionally small jumps

I weight about 160 5'5" (and no I'm not fat at all) but are the 12s durable

the peak 15's are metal and are pretty heavy because of it. They were probably the 12 din version if it broke "super easily" those have more plastic

Yeah man, I even got it readjusted because it was off, and now theyre back to popping out. Oh well season is just about done, then next year i'll get some fks 140's =)

15 din peak t-hall tyrolias. He landed switch and the wing piece which is entirely plastic blew right off. I've seen it before.
