Trying to make the Gucci Pickle a reality

A while back there was thread where people were asking for ski designs, and the best idea there was a ski called "gucci pickle". I currently have an opportunity to make my own set of skis. Pretty sure I can't mess with the base, as they're going to be cheap af, but I think I can make my own topsheet design. I'd like to make this thing real, but I'm no artist. Give me some ideas, and I'll make some drawings. Best one (chosen by you all) will go on my skis.

Will bump this thread with any updates, even if the press breaks and I can't deliver.
 
Okay, the first two I can use as a start. Not sure what to do with the corn.

Because QC needs improvement, it will be about six weeks until I can press my own pair.

It's been a while, but I should update. The project is behind schedule, but continuing. The Gucci Pickle is based on an old thread where someone suggested making more or less the Rossi Sickle, but with a different name. My idea is to change the graphic to something NS-inspired, which based on the above replies is a bearded man with glasses and a crown, wearing a gorilla suit and holding a swordfish. My drawing skills aren't up to that standard, but I'm going to try my best to emulate the style of the Sickle.

Dill because of my Slav heritage.

Vlasic if I have to choose because of the stronger flavor, but really I'd rather just make my own (See previous question).

Make a nice graphic design of a pickle and give it the gucci balaclava. That would look pretty cool. or just ask me im pretty good at drawing and i can draw shit.
 
The pickle graphics won't be complete without a pic of bubble bass in the graphics

i could prob help you out with a drawing sometime within the next few days. were you thinking spreading the graphic to both skis or having the same one on both?

This is beautiful. If It’s okay with you, I’d like to include your other drawings as well - I’ll credit you on the ski.

Honestly, I’m pretty excited about this. I’ll post update pictures this week. We’re in kind of a jam as our deadline is coming up and we’re not quite where we want to be. I don’t expect to make skis after this as I should be more busy than usual.

Okay, I've held out long enough. Two snowboards were made for testing bending, torsion, and geometry, with successful results. To say it without blame, due to circumstances beyond my control no skis were made. The disappointment is real, but I should at least give you all closure, and maybe dream about what could have been.

Bruh. Check the above post. We made the press and some snowboards for testing. Everything was working well, but due to things outside my control we didn’t get to make skis. We were pretty damn close though - it’s just very unfortunate that schedules can get a little too tight when people are trying to move for work. And getting ghosted kinda sucks.
