^nice icon. when i play my coach shits his pants if the middys are not in shape, so typically 1-2 weeks before the season starts, i do runs starting at 1 mile, and ending with 6 miles on the last day before camp. sprinting is important but, you get that during practice. so i would say just do long runs to cut the summer fat, and drink more water than your body can hold, very important. and don't eat shitty food like mcdonalds, hell it don't even taste good! Good luck in try outs.
