True or False?

If a builder misread the blueprints and extends an addition to a

building farther than the owner has contracted for, the owner of the

building is entitled to keep the improvement at no extra cost.

Im split because it could be true since its not the owners problem/fault

But also false since there may be a clause about time-frame to correct the mistake leaving him not entitled to keeping the improvement

+K for answers

Depends. Planning regulations for your area woul probably overrule as you have not bulilt what was applied for and could be told at any time to demolish/fix it and then it would be a case of getting the original contractor to fix it/pay to get it fixed by either agreement or court.

I am pretty sure that unless the sub contractor/contractor wants waste the time and money by tearing it down and rebuilding, the owner is entitled to that extra addition, however the archetec and everyone must first ok it
