My girfriend and I are moving into a sick 3 bedroom pad in Truckee in January and we need a roomate. $500 a month gets a good size room, own bathroom, and garage parking spot. Or $650 get's you the Master bedroom with attached master bath, walk-in closet, and garage parking. We just need to rent out one of the rooms, which ever goes first.
