Trouble with NS Uploader App

I was using the NS uploader app and it was working all right until i upgraded it. I restarted my laptop, but it will not let me log in on the application. It says "Received Login Response". Help?
 
Can you give us a few details:

- Operating System and Version

- Version of Adobe Air

- Version of the NS Uploader (Visible in the header on the right)

We're hoping to get this resolved ASAP but need your help knowing what circumstances it occurs
 
happens to me

Windows 7 64 bit SP1, version 6.1.7601

Uploader version 1.7

Adobe Air version 3.4.0.2710
 
Are you logging in with proper upper/lower case letters in your username?

I have the exact same setup and working fine.

Can you try changing your password and logging in again?
 
proper cases and changing password didn't make a difference.

in case it's using any of these:

flash version 11.4.402.287

java version 6.0.370

.NET framework version 4.0.30319
