Trouble mounting Tyrolia bindings!

Recently i've been trying to get a pair of old tyrolia D8 cyber bindings mounted and have had a hard time finding a place that will mount them. They are a couple years old but that shouldn't matter, right? I've been to two different REI's and Sports Authority and none can mount. HELP!

well if the tech says that they are indemnified then they can not legally work on the binding therefore no one will be able to. off the top of my head i dont know if that binding is or not

im not at work right now, so i cant check if they are indemnified or not, i just googled quick and it said they are from 1999, if thats true, then no shop will probably mount them, they may not be indemnified, but if they are, then the places u went to, since they r just sports stores probably dont have the binding jig, go to a real shop

doesn't look like it is. probably wont do it because they dont have a jig, lazy asses .
