Tripping on...Mucinex?

Alright, so of all the people i could ask i knew ns would know most about drugs...

anyways, yesterday i took a full dose of mucinex in the morning and i thought it was a 6 hour pill rather than 12 hour. and i only weigh 120, so it made me see things. But my question is, why would a steroid mess you up?

Its an expectorant. They put it in robitussin so when you try and take enough to trip, it causes you to get violently ill and puke it all up

You just had it in your head that you took drugs, and thought you should be feeling something. Therefore you experienced a placebo effect.

And btw, mucinex is not a steroid. Its Guaifenesin

well last week i was on vicodin for my arm, and i didn't feel a thing from it, except being tired. And i took mucinex and i couldn't concentrate on anything. i wasn't expecting to feel anything, i guess i just felt weird from other reasons.

I had the same experience the first time i took it but i took two instead of the suggested one. Didn't see things but felt high (not in a good way)
