Hey everyone, I gotta couple questions. if you could help that'd be awesome:

1. okay for some reason, like half the time i land jumps switch on my home mountain, one or both of my skis snap off. im clearing it fine, and the rotation is perfect. my bindings are on the third setting (advanced). I make sure there isn't much snow in my bindings when im planning on landing switch. Any ideas whats going on? Here is a video to show about how big the jumps are if that helps. Just watch like 30 seconds of it:

2. okay, here is the other problem. i can do stuff up to 720s on the jump from the video from problem #1. But on a few of the bigger jumps on this video:
=related i can't even 3 cause its just scary... im like flipping out in midair... how the heck do i get over this and start spinning? last season i was scared of jumps that now i think are easy, and i bet its the same thing now, and next season ill be like "omg i was scared of that?" but the thing is, i want to spin on them now!!!! what do i do!!!

THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!!

1. if your bindings only have dificulty settings, they suck. get some bindings with dins that go up to at LEAST 10 and put the dins at what the guy at the shop would reccomend. check your forward pressure of your current bindings for now (there should be no distance between your heel and your heel-piece of your binding when you're about to step into it.

2. just do it

WAIT....i just checked my bindings, and they have numbers that go up to 11. There is a line that is on like 4 or 5. The reason i said they were on advanced is because the shop guy said "are you beginning, intermediate, or advanced?" and i said advanced.

SO what do i do? Crank them up to 10 or osmething?

din depends on how much u weigh...and of course ur gonna jack it up abit for landing purposes...but too tight is not good either, ull twist ur knee or it will pop off just as easily as if it was on a lower setting...im about 175 and my din is around 9...as for jumps, just try doing a straight air or a trick ur comfortable with on them and then once uve gotten the feel for it u should be more confident to start spinning...good luck!

Crank up ur dins and for the bigger jumps u just have to get used to them. Do non stop runs in the park just straight airing for a while till u feel a lot more comfortable then just grab ur balls and throw down a three. If u crash it may hurt but thats how u progress in this sport.
