Trick Help: Blunt 3

I've been wanting to do a blunt 3 for so long but I just can't seem to get it ever. Sounds lame and like a basic trick but for some reason I just can't get it. I spin to the left, is it easier to grab inside or outside? Any advice on how to lock the grab with the spin?

Blunt is right on the tippy top of your tail, the best way to do it is to look at the tail of your ski and hope your hand-eye coordination works out. Lead blunt is generally easier, left tail and left spin. You look for the grab in the same direction you're already spinning. It takes time to comfortable enough spinning to start grabbing cleanly. So just look for the grab and lobster claw the hell out of it!

How long did it take you to get comfortable spinning with grabs? I'm somewhat new to it but I usually feel awkward and off balance on most grabs.

It takes a while but the more you do them the more natural it will feel.

Make sure you properly set your spin by popping off the lip and winding up a bit before you leave the lip before going for the grab. So pop and spin and then go for the grab not all at once. Keep looking around over your shoulder as well to spot the landing, don't look down or at where you are grabbing your skis. Bring your knees up.
